Our Team

Ken Wasemiller

President | CEO

Specializing in healthcare construction, Ken has managed over $400 Million in healthcare facility construction.  This includes planning, developing, estimating, and construction of new facilities such as medical office buildings, surgery centers, and large hospital renovations and additions.  Ken is an expert in the management of interim life safety and infection control measures as well as the special phasing required in healthcare facilities.

Ken began his construction career in the US Army in 1986 as a heavy equipment operator building roads, bridges, and parking lots.  After being honorably discharged with a service connected disability, Ken worked as  rough and finish carpenter prior to receiving a degree in construction management from Milwaukee School of Engineering.  Ken is ASHE (American Society of Healthcare Engineering) and WHEA (Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association) certified and LEED accredited.  This accreditation insures that he is current on the latest trends and application of green building initiatives.

Ken has developed strong internal cost and project data which he can utilize to model the most advantageous value and design options.  Most importantly, Ken’s experience enables him to apply the most effective practices for project delivery and offers the most beneficial solutions.

John Halaska

Sr Project Manager

John has over 25 years of industry experience in his role as Sr Project Manager.  His primary responsibilities include day-to-day oversight of construction management activities during preconstruction, construction, and project closeout. As one of the project’s main points of contact, John will also provide ongoing communication to the client and all relevant team members throughout the duration of the project.

Jeff Davies

Senior Superintendent

Jeff brings over 27 years of industry experience to his role as Senior Superintendent. His primary responsibilities include day-to-day oversight of construction activities during construction.  His knowledge and experience make him a great resource for the entire project team.

George Knapp

Sr Superintendent

George brings over 30 years of industry experience to his role as Sr Superintendent.   He will be responsible for reducing impact to the work day, schedule, managing subcontractors, coordination of all subcontractors, safety, and quality control.  George will communicate daily with the Project Manager to ensure project goals are being met. George is also responsible for general safety of the project and is OSHA 30 Construction trained.

Todd Kroll

Superintendent

Todd has over 20 years of construction industry experience to his role as Superintendent. His primary responsibilities include day-to-day oversight of construction activities during construction.  Todd’s strengths are communication, detail in all aspects of the project, and quality control.

Scott Wasemiller

Director Safety

Scott is an experienced Director of Safety, skilled at reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating work sites and projects to design programs for controlling, preventing, and eliminating potential hazards and risks. Scott conducts weekly and monthly inspections and audits. Scott is a Certified Safety Professional – Certified Safety Trained Supervisor, OSHA 30, Federally licensed hazardous material handler, and WHEA (Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association) certified.

Christina Rasmussen

Project Coordinator

Christina’s duties include organization of all project documentation from bid to closeout including bid coordination, submittals, contract administration, and operation and maintenance manuals.
